Consciousness What is it?

Before we go any further I want to explain what Consciousness is for those who are not sure what it is, and it's fine for you not to know what it is because this is a part of your awakening 

Waking up is finding out who we really are.

Some people say we are conscious as we 'know' what we are doing most of the time so we are awake. and some believe we humans have three bodies

The first being our body of flesh and bone

The next one is your spirit

This one is your Consciousness

I believe yes we are flesh and bone as we all are and our spirit lives on when we die along with our consciousness so with the consciousness which is like a 'knowing'. Have you ever had this feeling of 'knowing' something is going to happen or knowing something is true? well, the phone rings and you just know' who it is, or you 'know' that somethings about to happen? It's a deep knowing not like your Intuition is more you, this consciousness is something much deeper than that part is your consciousness.

I also believe it's where all your life details are stored like a memory bank but not one you can access in any minute, not like your thoughts and memories of your family or what happened yesterday

Another part of consciousness is in medical terms unconscious like someone fainting or in a coma if fainting the person will be unconscious for a few minutes. But someone who's in a coma isn't always unconscious, sometimes they can hear and if they can hear I'm sure they 'know' who is around them. 

Therefore they must be using their consciousness to know this because they are not awake looking and talking. That's why you should be careful what you say to poorly people.

It's a good subject to get into and one that a lot of people have different answers to and views on. But I'm not getting into a discussion here I'm just trying to help you see if you don't already know what our consciousness is.

As we go along on our spiritual journey I will explain more so please don't send me comments about it this it's for people just beginning to wake up.

So now you know a little about your consciousness You are now aware that you have this Consciousness as well as your Etherall body your spirit and some will call this your energy body which I believe we have energy inside us as we are energy beings, all the Universe is made up of energy.

You can read up on your consciousness and look at the different meanings but don't get confused because there's a lot out there that's more whacky than me lol :)
